Each stay includes a fixed cleaning fee paid by the guest. It covers professional cleaning after your stay and ensures consistent standards across homes. The amount is always shown before confirmation — no hidden costs or platform commissions.

Walkon does not provide insurance coverage or protection against property damage. Members are responsible for their own homes and belongings. Independent insurance coverage can be arranged by members if desired. We provide guidance when needed.

If a host declines or cancels before confirmation, no points are used and no payment is processed. If a confirmed stay is cancelled, the situation is reviewed through the platform. Points and payments are handled according to the circumstances, with the goal of ensuring fairness for both members.

Walkon encourages members to resolve issues directly whenever possible. If needed, the platform can step in to review the situation and mediate based on communication history, reviews, and exchange details. Our goal is to ensure fair and balanced outcomes for both sides.

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your access remains active until the end of your billing period.

No. You don't need formal certification, but you should feel confident delivering meaningful value. Skills on Walkon are based on real expertise and peer trust, not formal titles.
